The purpose of this note is to share with you some new services that have been added to the Premium Hosting package and several new payment options.

Website Services & Maintenance Packages

• When you started hosting your website with Gear It Up Communications two programs or “Apps” began monitoring and recording website visits and visitor information.  In addition to these programs we have added Google Analytics to the sites that we maintain.
• All three of these services are offered as part of my Premium Hosting package and at no charge.  We are only adding Google Analytics to the website that we are maintaining.  If another company has designed your website and you would like to add Google Analytics please call us 231-882-9720.
• Additional Premium Hosting services include the promotion of your website via a listing and links to over 50Michiganbusiness and community information websites.  These links have resulted in the generation of thousands of visits and new business for our customers.
• Website Maintenance and Updates can be accomplished at any time; this includes adding Google Analytics scripts.  Simply call or send and email with your information or request.  Updates are billed in 1/3^rd hour increments.  Gear It Up Communications also offers several Monthly Website Maintenance packages at less thanTraverse City rates.

Payment Options – Only one paper invoice will be sent to you.

• Like many small businesses we had to downsize resulting in some delays in billing, we apologize for this inconvenience.  At the same time the Company has added new ways to pay online and a “Budget Plan”.
• Electronic billing and payment options allow Gearitup Communications to send your invoice via QuickBooks and to pay online.  The Company also allows you to pay via your Pay Pal account.  Simply log into your Pay Pal account, go to “Send Money” then enter the “Amount” check the “Purchase” tab and check “Services” and enter the following email address: lew@gearitup.com.
• The “Budget Plan” payment option allows you to spread out the bill for your domain and hosting into two or three equal and consecutive monthly payments.  To implement the Budget Plan simply include the first of your payments by check or online.  The first payment should be received within 5 business days of the invoice date.
• If a “Budget Plan” payment is not received within 5 business days, payment in full is required in 30 business days or your website will be suspended until payment arrangements are made.  For additional information about Payment Options and Terms of Payment visit: www.GearItUp.com/communications
